In Dhaka:

• Our Delivery Man will deliver your product.
• During delivery please check the product carefully.
• Of course, We will take responsibility after delivery but it will be a little long process as again we have to send a delivery man to receive the product and then we can exchange or refund.
• You will have the opportunity to change the product for the next 3 days after delivery of a product.
• Is there any defect in our product you can send the product picture to us and we will exchange the product for you.

Outside Dhaka:

• If you found any defect in our product then you have to send the product through Shundorbon courier Service Home Delivery.
• After Receiving the product we will send the exchange product to you.
